Early Voting for Gaithersburg City Elections Happening Today

Per the City of Gaithersburg:

Those who wish to vote in-person for the City of Gaithersburg Municipal elections may take advantage of Early Voting on Saturday and Sunday, October 23 and 24, at the Activity Center at Bohrer Park, 506 S. Frederick Avenue next to Gaithersburg High School. The poll will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 2. Two candidates have been certified for the Mayoral race and five candidates have been certified for the two vacant City Council positions. Same-day voter registration is available for all in-person voting. You will be asked to show an approved form of identification and will cast a provisional ballot, which will be counted upon verification of voting eligibility.

Mail-in voting is also available for this election. An application is required before an official ballot can be provided. You must be a registered voter to qualify.
