Starbucks has had a presence in Damascus for a while with their location within Safeway, but this location will offer a drive-thru window and will have the full Starbucks menu.

What’s a “standalone” Starbucks? I work next to a detached Starbucks building with drive thru on Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg, also Montgomery County. What is the difference?
