Vivi Bubble Tea at 18320 Contour Rd (next to Gamestop) in Gaithersburg has reopened.
Vivi temporarily closed back on December 8 when the store’s owner was activated by the military reserves.
Vivi Bubble Tea sells both hot and cold bubble teas as well as Taiwanese snacks.
