UPDATED to reflect the victim suffered minor injuries to the hand after Germantown altercation along Crystal Rock Drive
Around 4PM Sunday, a man ran into the Adventist HealthCare Germantown Emergency Center and advised he had been stabbed in the hand.
While medical staff began treating his wounds, Montgomery County Police 5th District Officers were called to the Emergency Center.
The victim told Police he had been passing through an apartment complex breezeway on Crystal Rock Drive and somehow became involved in a verbal altercation. The other person then produced a folding pocket knife and cut/stabbed the victim in his hand.
The victim then ran to the Germantown Emergency Center, which is about three tenths of a mile from the stabbing scene. He was treated for minor hand injuries.
