GrillMarx Clarksburg Closes For a Week

GrillMarx in Clarksburg announced via social media earlier this week that it will be closed for a week to allow its staff to rest and recharge. The following messages were posted on social media:

“It’s summer time! Our staff has been working very hard and it’s time to take a break. We will be closing this week for our staff to rest and recharge. We appreciate your understanding!
We look forward to seeing you soon!

“We’re taking the week off to rest & recharge for the summer. We apologize for any inconvenience & greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Don’t worry, we’ll see you next week! ❌”

The restaurant, which has additional locations in Olney and Columbia, opened in Clarksburg in 2014. Per the message, it will be reopening next week.

Bethesda Film Fest

The 2024 Bethesda Film Fest will feature five short documentary films made by filmmakers from Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Screenings will be held Friday April 5 and Saturday April 6 at Landmark Bethesda Row Cinema.
