Little Firebird Pop Up Turns Permanent at The Block in Pike & Rose

'

Back in January, the team behind Little Miner taco started offering a  new Nashville hot chicken pop up at The Block in Pike & Rose.

The pop up, called Little Firebird, only sold their hot chicken pieces, wings, and sandwiches on Sundays. Often, they would sell out– sometimes in under an hour.

Little Firebird announced on instagram that they would be turning their pop up into a full time operation starting this Sunday, March 21.  They’ll be open for business 7 days a week from 11 am-10 pm.  They also shared that their hot chicken will be available on all delivery apps as well.
