True Respite and Saints Row breweries will be holding a “Very Spooky Mac & Cheese Cook-Off” this Saturday, October 29, from 12-5pm at True Respite Brewery (7301 Calhoun Pl #600) in Rockville. The brewery will also be hosting a Fall Maker’s Market that will feature food trucks, live music and a costume contest. Six Cool Moms will be holding a Halloween Dance Party after the market from 6-9p. Full details below courtesy of True Respite on Facebook:

Contestants bring their finest culinary mac & cheese creations to compete for the ultimate victory, being crowned the True Respite & Saints Row’s Very Spooky Mac & Cheese Cook-Off winner. We need plenty of judges to come vote on their favorite recipe! Being a judge is completely free and open to all. Just show up, try all of the mac & cheese, and case your vote.
This year is extra special because we’re hosting the Sixx Cool Moms for their Fall Maker’s Market during the cook-off! Local makers will be on-site selling their handmade products.
Come in costume and enter our annual costume contest! Come and join us for lots of yummy mac & cheese, costume contest, local makers, live music, and food trucks.
