Chief Spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Pete Piringer reports that Fire Investigators have arrested a Bethesda man for setting a fire at American Plant (5258 River Rd) back on September 24.
Abdoulaye Yacinthe Sarr Jr has been charged w/ Arson/2nd Degree, Burglary/2nd Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property great than $1,000.
Sarr allegedly set fire to a shed at the nursery that contained plants and other landscaping materials.
