With Americans quitting their jobs at record rates during the so-called “Great Resignation,” personal-finance website WalletHub today released its report on 2022’s States With the Highest Job Resignation Rates.
WalletHub ranked the 50 states and the District of Columbia based on how frequently people are leaving their places of employment. Maryland came in 46th, which gives our state the 6th lowest resignation rate in the country., with a 2.3% resignation rate in both the last month and the last 12 months.
Below, you can see the 10 states with the highest amount of people resigning/quitting, and the 10 states with the lowest amount of people resining/quitting.
