'Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services responded to a fire at a three story town home on Rosebay Ct in Germantown on Sunday morning around 8:15am.
The kitchen fire started in the oven before spreading, according to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer.
One family is displaced and no injuries have been reported.
