Update – The lone occupant, a 66 year old male, succumbed to injuries and did not survive.

Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services responded to a house fire on the 4400 block of Warner St in Kensington on Sunday morning around 8:30am.
MCFRS arrived to the one-story home with fire coming through the front door, according to Cheif Spokesperson Pete Piringer.
Neighbors made the initial 911 call.
One occupant was located during MCFRS’ primary search.
