Mike Tyson’s Former Home At Congressional Country Club in Bethesda Sells for $4.57M

Mike Tyson’s 18,244-square-foot former residence on Persimmon Tree Road at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda has sold for $4.57M, according to CBS Baltimore.

Tyson purchased the home in 1995 with ex-wife Monica Turner for $2 million. Turner kept the property after their 2003 divorce.

The home sits on 2.4 acres and has seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, and a basketball court.

The home was originally listed for $8.5M in May, 2020.
