Per Westfield Montgomery:
Westfield Montgomery, in partnership with OneLife Rockville Fitness, will host weekly Saturday morning dance workout classes starting July 16 through September 24 at 9:00 a.m. The classes require a $5 donation with all proceeds benefiting Girls on the Run Montgomery County, an organization that inspires girls to build self-confidence through physical activity. OneLife Rockville Fitness will offer a variety of dance-based classes like Zumba. All are encouraged to come to the center, get energized with Westfield Montgomery and support the community this summer!
Westfield Montgomery retailers Macy’s, Under Armour, Fabletics, Nordstrom and others will be on hand to showcase the latest in summer and fall athleisure styles and trends. Each week participants can enter for a chance to win a free one-month membership to OneLife Rockville. There will be additional prizes, discounts, and tastings from select center restaurants.
The classes are open to individuals ages 11 and up and no prior dance experience is necessary to participate (ages 11 to 15 must be accompanied by a parent, 15 and up can participate unaccompanied). Who: All skill levels are welcome! Minimum age for participation is 11 years old and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Ages 15 and above may participate unaccompanied.
