Per Montgomery Parks: Put a spring in your step at South Germantown Recreational Park’s HeartSmart Trail (18028 Central Park Circle) for our pet-friendly walk ‘Petals and Paws’. See the flowers begin to bloom and accessorize your canine and walk through the 1.0-mile loop. End the trail with light refreshments for purchase from TOIMOI Bakery, and dog-approved snacks for purchase by Doggy Donuts.
Take a picture with your pup at the photo station, paint your own full bloom at the craft station, and don’t forget to pick up a native Red Bud seedling by our Montgomery Park’s Urban Forestry Team for Arbor Day. Add another member to your pack and/or donate to our local rescue organization, PetConnect. Parking is located along the HeartSmart Trail at the Splash Park Lot (18056 Central Park Circle), Model Boat Park lot, the Splash Park lot, and the ‘Moo’seum Parking lot.
This event will be held at South Germantown Recreational Park on Saturday April 1, 2023 9:00am to 11:00am.
