Music by Bryan Frates, Rotarian and super‐talented singer/songwriter and performer from Portland, Maine; and, Music by The Taylor FamilySingers an amazing locally based family of soulful singers.’ For tickets and information check out www.trellis.org/mvrcgala.

Each year for the past seven years, Montgomery Village Rotary Club, along with its area Club partners in the Historic Emory Grove and Gaithersburg Rotary Clubs, have marshalled the energy of community service minded individuals and businesses to show their support the heroes in our lives. This past year, due to the pandemic we had to cancel the annual Flags For Our Heroes event, but we continued to promote opportunities for giving through our Go Fund Me page, and now with a special event in the virtual land of zoom.

Local retired business owner, Dale Howard, also a former President of the Rotary Club, noted, “when people are bidding on items there’s a special opportunity to not only buy something you can get joy of ownership from, but even more importantly is the reality that 100% of your money is going to local charities that need our help, now more than ever.”
