The Olney Antique Village, located just outside of Olney, is looking for new tenants.
Sarah Formichelli, the owner of Past & Presents, is looking for tenants and vendors for 7+ spaces inside the village. Rent differs depending on the space.
The village currently holds several antique shops, as well as a yoga studio. The original barn in the back is the location of a new crab truck that sells live crabs on the weekends.
The complex has been around since the 1800s. Previously, it served as a general store, a toll building, and Walter Reed Antiques. It was also considered for a historical zone in the 1980s. Formichelli is currently pushing for the site to be restored to its former glory.
