Per the State of Maryland:
ANNAPOLIS, MD—Governor Larry Hogan today announced that the State of Maryland has conducted more than 1 million free COVID-19 tests for Maryland students and staff since the beginning of the academic year, as part of the statewide K-12 testing program aimed at keeping schools safe and open.

During Wednesday’s COVID-19 media briefing, Assistant Chief Administrative Officer Dr. Earl Stoddard said that the county has drafted language for a “vaccine passport” that is currently being reviewed and will then be provided to the County Council for their consideration. The County Council, acting as the Board of Health, will have to approve the regulation.
The proposed language includes restaurants, movie theaters, entertainment venues, and gyms.
