'Phenix Salon Coming to Federal Plaza
According to Store Reporter, Phenix Salon will be coming to the space formerly occupied by Five Below at 1776 E. Jefferson Street in Rockville.
Five Below moved to it’s current location at Congressional North shopping center back in the summer of 2019.
Phenix Salon rents out suites to stylists on a month to month basis.
