Police and Family Concerned for Missing 15-Year-Old

UPDATE: Yesenia Cabrera Felipe has been located safe and unharmed.
Per MCPD: Detectives form the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Yesenia Cabrera Felipe, a missing 15-year-old from Silver Spring. Felipe was last seen on Monday, March 27, 2023, at approximately 5 p.m., in the 1000 block of Quebec Terrace.

Felipe is approximately 5-feet, 4-inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. She has shoulder length black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black Ugg boots.   Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
