Police and Family Concerned for Missing 16-Year-Old

UPDATE: Amadeus Adagala has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Amadeus Adagala, a missing 16-year-old from Silver Spring.  Amadeus was last seen on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at approximately 2:50 p.m., leaving James Hubert Blake High School in the 300 block of Norwood Rd. in Colesville.  Amadeus is approximately 5-feet, 11-inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has black short hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black tactical backpack, a black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and black sneakers. Police and family are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Amadeus Adagala is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line). Callers may remain anonymous.
