Pollo-Mex Closes After 12 Years in Colesville

Pollo-Mex Chicken and Mexican Grill has closed after 12 years in the Colesville Center. The windows at the restaurant have been papered and a notice is posted on its door stating that July 31 was its last day of business. The website offers the following message:

“Dear Amigos,

After over a decade of being a part of this community and your families, it is with immense sadness in our hearts but hopes of a much brighter future to come, that unfortunately Pollo Mex has closed its doors.

We wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who have supported us throughout these 12 amazing years. We have so many great memories that we will always keep in our hearts, and it has been a pleasure to be part of your memories all these years.

Thanks to you we built an amazing space to share food, long lasting friendships, laughs and love. We realize how lucky we are to have been graced by your love and support. From our families to yours “Thank you” and we will be sure to let you know where our new adventures take us.”
