Shilla Bakery has closed permanently in Montgomery Mall.

I was told by the concierge that the bakery will re-open soon under new management and a new name– Syd’s. It is expected to re-open by August.

Shilla Bakery opened in the mall in December of 2017. The bakery still has locations in Rockville, Annandale, and Tysons Corner.
