MOD Pizza, which specializes in serving individual artisan-style pizzas and salads “superfast” since 2008, will be opening in the Kentlands later this year. It will be located on Center Point Way, across from Cinepolis, next to the old Healthy Back location.
Cinco De Mayo, a Mexican Restaurant and tequila bar, will be moving in to 640 Center Point Way. It will take over the old Healthy Back location.
Barrels & Brews is taking over the old Potomac Pizza/Village Deli location at 625 Center Point Way. The same logo was used for a Facebook event in Spokane, Washington back in 2017. We are thinking a Brew Belly type of concept that features beer, wine, and food, but that’s just speculation at this point.
Cinepolis is taking over the Paragon movie theater location at 629 Center Point Way. The luxury movie theater is expected to have 540 seats and offer food/drinks while watching regularly changing movies in reclining chairs.
Tutti Frutti frozen yogurt will be taking over part of the old Last Mango, Zodiac Grill, Tony and James, 44 Sports Bar and Grill, and most recently Largent’s Restaurant and Bar location (654 Center Point Way).
Berries & Bowls, the “Superfood Cafe” will be located at 120 Market St., just opposite of the Wine Harvest on the paseo. They will specialize is açaí bowls, smoothies, fresh juices, and more.
Dog Haus Biergarten, a fast casual hot dog and burger spot that serves beer, wine, and frozen drinks will open on Center Point Way across from Cinepolis.
