Dave & Buster’s (pictures 1-8) expects to have their games in this week and plan to open on July 1st with various special events in the week leading up to it.
Silver Diner (pictures 9-12) is looking at a mid-August opening. This will be the first Silver Diner with outdoor seating and they’ll have indoor atrium seating just outside of the movie theater. This Silver Diner will be somewhat of a “Silver Diner 2.0,” which means it’ll be a mix between a traditional Silver Diner and their new Silver concept.
Moorenko’s, an ice cream shop we mentioned earlier this week, is currently a summer pop-up that will be located in the old 16 Handles location. It’s excepted to open by the end of June.
Kung Fu Tea is expected to open by the end of the month.
An announcement on the replacement for Joe’s Crab Shack is expected to come very soon.
