Keeping Your Balance through a Breakup is a unique evening of self-care for people facing a divorce or custody battle.
The event kicks off with 40 minutes of gentle yoga, followed by a Q&A with divorce attorney Christy Zlatkus of Z Family Law, divorce coach Elizabeth Degi DuBois of Odyssey Coaching, yoga instructor and happy divorcee Tammy Liu, and naturopathic doctor Sandra Colvard of CHI Health Care.
After the Q&A enjoy wine, cheese and chocolate, and informal one-on-one conversations with our practioners.
