Per Montgomery County: The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will begin milling and paving at several locations on I-495 in Montgomery County starting Sunday, April 16. Work will take place nightly from 9 p.m.-5 a.m. Weather permitting, all work will be complete by late spring.
