The Eleanor Silver Spring to Close for the Winter This Sunday, 12/20

According to a post on its social media on Friday, The Eleanor Silver Spring has decided to close for the winter after service on Sunday, December 20th.

The Eleanor opened in late February, less than a month before Covid restrictions were put in place in the county.

The Eleanor is described as “the neighborhood arcade & bowling lounge that serves honest, handmade food and local beers, craft cocktails, and great wines.“

While it’s similar to nearby Dave & Busters in the fact that both have games, the vibe is very different and you’ll be able to notice that as soon as you walk in. Unfortunately, the pandemic forced everyone to change their plans.

Their social media message can be seen below:

SERVICE UPDATE: We will be closing for the winter after service this Sunday, Dec. 20.
It is our hope that we can return to serve you this spring or as soon as aid arrives. We genuinely appreciate your support and encourage you to support local businesses this holiday season and beyond! If you have a minute to help, please follow @indprestaurants and sign their letter to urging Congress to pass restaurant relief.
We will be open for takeout & delivery from 3-9:30pm this Saturday & Sunday and would love to serve you. Thank you and we hope to see you again in 2021. #supportlocalrestaurants #restaurantreliefnow
