Update: Flanagan’s Harp & Fiddle Has Closed Permanently

Earlier in September, we shared with you that Flanagan’s Harp & Fiddle had announced plans to close. Tonight, we learned that they have officially shut their doors for good.

They shared this message on their facebook page:

Stephen and Jenny Nugent, the owners of Flanagan’s Harp & Fiddle, told ABC7 a while back that they planned to close permanently due to the restrictions placed on local businesses in response to the COVID pandemic.

The restaurant and live music venue has been in Bethesda for 35 years (previously on Woodmont and Old Georgetown and in its current location on Cordell for 15 years).
