“Dear Neighbor, I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself. Lerch, Early & Brewer represents Glenline Investments, the contract purchaser of the property located at 15501 Monona Drive (the “Property”) that is currently the home of the America Society of Plant Biologists (“ASPB”).
The Property is zoned Moderate Industrial (“IM”) and in accordance with this zoning Glenline is planning to develop the property with a two-story building for medical/scientific manufacturing and production use, in accordance with the County’s requirements. The development of the Property will require concurrent approval of a Preliminary Plan and a Site Plan and prior to our filing of the initial applications, we will hold a required pre-submission meeting with the surrounding community. However, prior to holding this initial required meeting, we wanted to first reach out to you and the other neighbors on Monona Drive, Monona Court, Monona Terrace, Villisca Terrace and Indianola Drive who live closest to the Property, to meet with you first, given your proximity to the Property.
In this regard, we would like to invite you to a virtual meeting on December 8, at 7:00 pm, via Zoom. You can access the meeting though your computer or mobile device at https://bit.ly/3ufkR7a or through Dial In at 301-715-8592 with Meeting ID: 827 4237 7878 Passcode: 930992. During the meeting we will share with you preliminary concept drawings of the proposed building and explain the project and process, and answer any questions that you may have and obtain any feedback.
We look forward to sharing the project with you and answering any questions that you may have.”
