Back in May we broke the news of the possibility of MoCo’s first Royal Farms coming to Gaithersburg off of 355 at the Spectrum at Watkins Mill.
This Monday, 1/6/2020, the City of Gaithersburg will vote on Royal Farms and the Starbucks that will be accompanying it at the Spectrum at Watkins Mill.
The application is requesting approval for the development of a 4,649 square foot retail building, 1,248 square foot car wash and ten double sided filling pump stations for Royal Farms.
The application also includes a 2,500 square foot Starbucks building with a drive-thru and reduces the approved building size on Pad Site B from 9,500 square feet to 4,500 square feet to accommodate retail, restaurant or office uses.
