Westfield Montgomery Announces Lineup of Holiday Events, Now Through December 30, Benefiting Children’s National Hospital

Per Westfield Montgomery: The magic of the season has arrived at Westfield Montgomery. With the help of artistic groups, No Kings Collective, Brightly Ever After and Social Supply DC, the premiere shopping center has carefully curated a touching ‘Home for the Holidays’ theme that has made the center come alive with holiday spirit. Décor includes an over-the-top interactive Holiday Village – including oversized snowflakes lining Nordstrom Wing, Polar Bear Lane – including child-sized playhouses, a ‘Letters to Santa and Friends’ station where families can send their wishes to the North Pole and patients at Children’s Hospital in Washington, DC, and an ornately decorated holiday lounge, aptly named the “Jingle Lounge.”

Westfield Montgomery invites guests for a full lineup of festive activities including live holiday music, complimentary cocktails with purchase popups prepared by Cocktail Curations, and holiday arts and crafts by the center’s new non-profit arts center, Creative Outlets and Lego – full schedule of activities attached, as well as available here.

All events will be hosted inside of The Jingle Lounge, located adjacent to center court, which will additionally remain open daily for public to relax in-between the shopping hustle and bustle. Guests can even grab quick bite from newly opened Frank Pepe’s pizzeria, which will deliver RIGHT to lounge tables via a QR code – available 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday, and 11:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays.

Lounge access is open to all ages apart from two “Sip with Purchase” cocktail events, where guests aged 21+ are invited to enjoy to grab a festive cocktail (or mocktail) with any $75+ purchase from any of its retailers (or bring a guest with purchases of $125+) on Saturday, December 3 from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, December 17 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Drinks are limited to one beverage per person and purchases must have been made the same day of the event.

All activations are a part Westfield Montgomery’s holiday mission to raise critical funds for Children’s National Hospital. With every dollar donated via the Jingle Lounge event page throughout December, Westfield has pledged to match up to $10,000. To date, the premiere shopping center, along with a generous public, have collectively raised over $6,000 and this is just the beginning!

“It has been incredible to see thousands of guests from all across the DMV visit Westfield Montgomery so far to celebrate the holidays with us,” said Marketing Director, Zeina Davis. “Creating magical moments for our community to come together is what this season is all about, and we are proud to have Children’s National as our beneficiary this year who help so many families in our community and beyond.”
