On Thursday, June 10th Governor Larry Hogan visited Gaithersburg-based Novavax. The 700 Quince Orchard Road property started renovations in 2020 and it’s expected to open for operation in the following weeks.
Montgomery College Germantown Hosting Student Days Vaccination Events
The Montgomery College Germantown Campus at 20200 Observation Dr in Germantown will be hosting Student Days events encouraging students to get their vaccine.
Fourth of July / Fireworks Update
As of right now, there are currently no Fourth of July fireworks officially scheduled in Montgomery County. We are still four weeks away from July 4th so there is a possibility that events could be announced and we will keep you updated.
There will be a free COVID-19 vaccination clinic Wednesday, June 9, from 12-7pm at Montgomery Blair High School at 51 University Blvd E in Silver Spring.
The clinic will be using the Pfizer vaccine and is intended for Montgomery County Public School students 12 years and older.
