According to Maryland Lottery and Gaming, Maryland’s six casinos combined to generate $153,243,316 in revenue from slot machines and table games during January 2024, a decrease of $14,027,082 (-8.4%) compared to January 2023. Casino gaming contributions to the state in January 2024 totaled $63,154,392, a decrease of $7,573,776 (-10.6%) compared to January 2023.
An anonymous Chevy Chase resident has claimed the $50,000-winning Bonus Match 5 lottery ticket that was sold last month at Talbert’s Ice & Beverage Service, according to the Maryland Lottery.
A $5,000,000-winning scratch-off was recently sold at the Dash In/Shell located at 7201 Main Street in Willards, MD.

A $50,000-winning Bonus Match 5 lottery ticket was recently sold at Talbert’s Ice & Beverage Service (5234 River Rd) in Bethesda. Talbert’s is a family run beer, wine, ice and dry ice supplier that was founded in 1955 and is open 365 days a year.
