Sushi Masato, a new family-owned Japanese restaurant from husband-and-wife team Raymond and Amy Yu, will begin its soft opening Wednesday, August 12, at 4914 Hampden Lane in downtown Bethesda. An official grand opening is scheduled for Wednesday, August 19. The restaurant is located in the space previously occupied by Tako Grill.
