From September 12-13, Bethesda Row’s Arts and Entertainment District will transform into a massive outdoor art gallery. The event will feature museum-quality ceramics, drawing, fiber, glass, printmaking, jewelry, metalwork, painting, photography, sculpture, and other disciplines from nearly 200 carefully jury-selected artists around the country. The juried competition is fierce, and the caliber of art presented demands the utmost creativity and skill — all in pursuit of cash prizes up to $2,000. The annual Bethesda Row Arts Festival has been recognized as one of the most important art events in the country by Art Fair Sourcebook and Sunshine Artists. It consistently attracts around 30,000 patrons over the course of the two-day event.
