MoCo ABS Announces Lottery for Limited Availability and Hard to Find Products

Montgomery County Alcohol Beverage Services (formerly DLC) will be holding several sets of lotteries for residents and licensees to purchase highly sought after distilled spirits from April 3-9. Lottery entries will be accepted starting at noon on April 3  until 11:59 PM on April 9, according to ABS.

“To more equitably distribute that are in high demand, we have developed a lottery process for our most popular, hard to find spirits products.”

Governor Hogan Announces Supplemental Budget For New Police and Public Safety Facilities, Expanded Cyber Readiness and Workforce Initiative, Critical Infrastructure and Public Health Investments

Per the State of Maryland:

ANNAPOLIS, MD—Governor Larry Hogan today announced that he has submitted a $2.8 billion supplemental budget to the General Assembly that makes key investments in some of his administration’s core priorities, including support for police and public safety, an expanded cyber readiness and workforce initiative, and critical infrastructure and public health investments. This supplemental budget also funds top priorities for county leaders and local governments.
