Early this morning I was informed that Petrie•Richardson Ventures, a local retail property developer, is supposed to close a deal to purchase Lakeforest Mall this May.
I’m told the purchase will not include any of the pad sites (department stores), so options regarding changes may be limited.
I’m waiting to hear back from a Petrie•Richardson Ventures representative, so there’s more to come.
