The mall has suffered some major losses lately with Starbucks and McDonald’s closing, and JC Penney announcing they’ll be closing in the near future.
No word yet on the future of the mall, but the pad sites (department stores) own the property they are on so it will be difficult for redevelopment in the area if any of them choose to stay.
