Cooper’s Hawk Winery Sets July Opening for Rockville, Hiring Fair May 21-22

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a lifestyle brand that ranks among the 35 largest wineries in the US, will open its first Montgomery County, Maryland location in the Washington, DC suburbs, in the Research Row development at 1403 Research Blvd in Rockville, MD, in July.

​Cooper’s Hawk will host a hiring fair on May 21 and 22 from 9 am until 4 pm at the restaurant location

Full-time and part-time positions are available, including kitchen staff, houseworkers, tasting room attendants, servers, hosts and bartenders. Interested candidates who are unable to attend may also apply online by visiting or text “CHRV” to 77948.

“We are searching for team members with a passion for wine, food and first-class hospitality,” said Tim McEnery, founder and CEO. “Since we are introducing our innovative concept and wines to Montgomery County, MD, we want team members who can serve as the restaurant’s ambassadors and educate diners on what makes Cooper’s Hawkso unique.”

Cooper’s Hawk blends a modern, casual dining experience with warm service and a menu developed with its own handcrafted wines in mind. The Rockville restaurant is the 36th location for the expanding restaurant group.
