Charming Charlie, a Houston-based women’s fashion and accessories retailer based in Houston, has filed for Chapter 11 for the second time.
USA Today reports that the company plans on closing all 261 of its stores. If reports are true, this would mean the closure of the company’s sole MoCo location in Rio (101 Boardwalk Place).
