Patisserie Manuel will open this Saturday, 12/7/19, in the Montgomery Mall food court. It will take over the spot that was formerly home to Wicked Waffle.
Patisserie Manuel had its first location in Silver Spring until last June when they moved to a warehouse kitchen in Brookeville.
Chef Claudia named her bakery in honor of her late father Manuel Olea. His face is in the bakery’s official logo.
