* APPRAISALS may be done from the outside, without coming into your home
* HOME INSPECTIONS may be done virtually, either by a Zoom or a Facebook walk-thru
* SETTLEMENTS may be done on your front porch, in your car, wherever works for you and with limited outside contact. We are also developing on-line virtual settlements
* MOVING doesn’t have to be stressful. Selling your home doesn’t mean moving right away and we can negotiate delayed settlements, rent-backs and more
