Beyond MoCo: Maryland Renaissance Festival Returns This Year
The Maryland Renaissance Festival, which takes places annually at 1821 Crownsville Rd in Annapolis, will be back this year for their 45th season after last year’s event was cancelled.
“Well met, Good Gentles
Preparations are well underway for the 2021 season.
We will not be selling any tickets until August to ensure that the Festival will be able to operate and to accommodate any guidance that may be in place at that time.
We will continue to post updates here and on our Facebook page. Thank you for your interest, patience and understanding.
Scheduled dates for 2021 are: August 28, 29;
September 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26;
October 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24.”
The Maryland Renaissance Festival is the 2nd largest renaissance festival in the United States and begins the last weekend in August. The first fair was held at Merriweather Post Pavilion in 1977.
