August 32 opened its first MoCo location in October of 2019 in the Germantown Town Center. After just under two years, a closed sign was put up in the front door and paper went up on the windows. A text message confirmed that the restaurant had closed permanently.
They specialized in “tea, tea drinks, bubble tea, and tea-related products.” We reached out via phone and social media, but have not received a response regarding the closure.
August 32 was located next to Coldstone, near Sabai Sabai in the Germantown Town Center.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe will be coming to the shopping center soon.
