The inner loop of 495 HWY is closed from Wisconsin Ave. to Connecticut Ave. due to a traffic collision. Police are redirecting traffic from southbound 270 HWY onto Montrose Rd. Drivers are advised to seek an alternate route. Expect significant delays.
