Arrest Made in Clarksburg Arson Investigation

Cheif Spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Pete Piringer reports that an arrest has been made in connection with the fire that occurred at the 22900 blk of Spicebush Dr in Clarksburg back on Saturday, August 14.

Mark Tracy of Aston has been charged with two counts 1st degree arson, two counts reckless endangerment, one count failure to comply with a peace order, and one count tampering with equipment.

No injuries were reported and one person was displaced after the August 14 incident.
