rue21 will be opening a new location at Westfield Wheaton Mall (11160 Veirs Mill Rd) this summer.
The Pennsylvania based company designs clothes that, “appeal to people who desire, wish, or feel to be 21.” rue21’s instore brands include rue21 etc.!, CARBON elements, RAE, true by rue21, ruebeauty, ruebleu SWIM, and rueDecor.
rue21 previously had a location in Wheaton Mall that closed in 2017 when the chain filed for bankruptcy.
rue21 joins several other businesses that are expected to open at the mall this year, including Hook & Reel, Jongoro BBQ, and Two Hands Korean Hot Dogs.
