Frederick Rd/355 is currently shut down in both directions at Shakespeare Boulevard in Germantown due to a collision involving a rollover and entrapment.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue and MCPD are currently on the scene.
The incident occurred around 6pm on Saturday evening, according to MCFRS Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer.
Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes and expect significant delays.
