Quince Orchard High School’s ‘Just Drive’ Social Media Campaign Selected as Winner of $10,000 Educational Grant

Quince Orchard High School’s submission to the Spring 2022 Just Drive Social Media Campaign by Impact Teen Drivers was chosen as the First Place Winner and will be awarded a $10,000 educational grant, according to Quince Orchard media and video production teacher Kunal Arora.

Impact Teen Drivers’ mission is to stop the number one killer of young people in America— reckless and distracted driving. Participation in the Maryland Just Drive contest assists Impact Teen Drivers and NJM Insurance Group in the shared commitment to the health and safety of Maryland drivers.

Per Impact Teen Drivers, the entry excelled in concept and creativity, execution of the campaign, and the effectiveness of the message. “Together, we can continue to make positive and lifesaving changes in attitudes and behaviors for Maryland drivers and passengers and create a safer driving culture not only for this generation, but for all future generations.”

Two of the submissions can be seen below, with the rest available on the @QuinceOrchardTV Instagram account.
