‘BBQ Bonanza’ for Residents 55+ Today at 10am in Gaithersburg

Montgomery County will be hosting ‘BBQ Bonanza’ for residents 55+ today from 10am-2pm at Smokey Glen Farm (1607 Riffle Ford Road, Gaithersburg). Details below courtesy of Montgomery County:

On Wednesday, more than 400 older adults from across Montgomery County will head to Smokey Glen Farm for a “BBQ Bonanza,” a fun filled day of great food and activities put together by Montgomery County Recreation.

Transportation is provided for seniors from their respective senior center to the Smokey Glen Farm located in Gaithersburg. This location is fully accessible. The event will include games, crafts, nature walks, softball, line dancing and more. This is the first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic that seniors can attend such an event.
